DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Dimas A. from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, both dated August 13, 2015. By order to show cause dated April 21, 2016, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered relieving the attorney assigned by order on certification of this Court dated February 25, 2016, to represent the respondent Esmirna E. L. on the appeals, on the ground that the attorney had been unable to contact the respondent Esmirna E. L.

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and assigned counsel is relieved of the assignment.

RIVERA, J.P., COHEN, MALTESE and LASALLE, JJ., concur.
