An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about December 12, 2018, And respondent-appellant having moved to stay the execution and enforcement of the aforementioned Family Court order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom, and to expedite the hearing of the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied, without prejudice to proceedings in Family Court.
