Motion to consolidate and for extension of time to perfect appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to consolidate is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeal in case No. 523302 shall be heard together with the appeals taken in case No. 522434 and case No. 522763 and said appeals may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal and brief, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeals is extended to September 26, 2016.
