Upon due consideration of the Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed January 8, 2024, by respondent in the above-docketed matter, wherein respondent seeks to dismiss this case in part as to petitioner Leslie Androsiglio for taxable years 2011, 2012, 2013, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019, it is

ORDERED that respondent's January 8, 2024, shall be recharacterized as a Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Leslie Androsiglio for taxable years 2011, 2012, 2013, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 25, 2024 petitioners shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's just-referenced motion. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's motion and partial dismissal of the instant case as to Leslie Androsiglio for taxable years 2011, 2012, 2013, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 or other appropriate action by this Court. The case as to Leslie Androsiglio for 2020 and 2021 and as to Robert Androsiglio for 2011, 2012, 2013, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021, is not affected by respondent's motion and will continue before the Court, regardless of any action on the motion.
