This is a companion case to Myers v. College Manor, 587 So.2d 820 (La.App. 3d Cir. 1991). For the reasons assigned in Myers v. College Manor, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. Costs of this appeal are assessed to plaintiffs-appellants.

AFFIRMED.
