Petitioner-appellant having moved, pro se, for leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal taken to this Court from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Family Court, Bronx County, entered on or about October 21, 2021, for the assignment of counsel, a free copy of the transcript, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is

Ordered that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon petitioner-appellant's proper showing of indigency, in compliance with Family Court Act 262, 22 NYCRR 1250.4(d) and CPLR 1102(a), by setting forth, in a notarized affidavit, the amount and sources of all income, whether appellant owns any stocks, bonds, real estate or valuable property such as an automobile, whether appellant's counsel in the Family Court was assigned or retained, and if retained, setting forth the terms of such retainer agreement and the amount and sources of monies used to compensate such counsel, and whether appellant lacks the financial means to pay the necessary costs and expenses to prosecute the appeal.
