By Order served by the Court on March 5, 2024, this case set for remote trial at a date and time certain of Friday, March 8, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. CT during the Court's March 4, 2024, Trial Session in San Antonio, Texas. Additionally, the Court ordered respondent to file a status report on or before, March 8, 2024, informing the Court if the parties reached a basis for settlement or if a remote trial was still necessary. On March 7, 2024, respondent filed with the Court a status report indicating that the parties reached a basis for settlement and respondent mailed proposed decision documents to petitioners.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 8, 2024, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or status report (preferably a joint report) to inform the Court of the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken for remote trial from the San Antonio, Texas Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on Friday, March 8, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. CT and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court.
