Motion to Remand and Reinvest Circuit Court with Jurisdiction, Concurring.
I concur with the majority that appellant's motion to remand and reinvest jurisdiction must be denied without prejudice because I believe consideration of this issue might be more appropriate in a petition for writ of error coram nobis.
