Paul ANDERSON v. Cheryl ANDERSON.

Noting that “[t]he words of the parties' Agreement could not be clearer” and that based on the father's own allegations of percentage of time he spent with the children, the mother continued to have the children more than 50 percent of the time, the judge concluded that the father had a continuing obligation to pay $417 per week. 5 , 6 The judge properly based his decision on the parties' agreement. See Katzman v. Healy, 77 Mass.App.Ct. 589, 598 (2010).
