ORDERED that appellee's motion to dismiss appeal is granted, and this appeal from the Circuit Court for Miami–Dade County, Florida is hereby dismissed for failure to deposit into the Court Registry the amount determined by the trial court under Section 83.232, Florida Statutes.
Appellee's motion for appellate court to relinquish jurisdiction to the trial court is denied as moot.
