For the reasons assigned in Stanford Benoit v. Hunt Tool Co., La. App., 56 So.2d 292.

It is ordered, adjudged and decreed that Hunt Tool Company be and it is hereby condemned to pay unto plaintiff, Anchor Casualty Company, the sum of Four Thousand Four Hundred and Eighty-three and 37/100 ($4483.37) Dollars, together with interest at the rate of five per centum per annum from judicial demand until paid and all costs of this suit.
