DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeal from a decision of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 12, 2022. Motion by the appellant pro se for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel. Separate motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the decision, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
