Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that as requested by the parties in their Stipulation to Defer Court's Consideration of Respondent's Motion to Compel Deposition of Party Witness Robert A. Bradway filed June 14, 2023, 1) the due date for petitioner to file an objection or response, if any, to respondent's Motion to Compel Deposition of Party Witness Robert A. Bradway is extended to September 15, 2023, and 2) on or before September 1, 2023, the parties shall file a status report updating the Court on this issue. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Seal filed June 12, 2023, is granted and respondent's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment filed June 12, 2023, shall be sealed from public view and shall not be inspected by any person or entity not a party to these cases, except by an Order of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Strike filed June 14, 2023, is granted and the Unsworn Declaration of Gregory Horwitz and Usha Ravi filed in Support of Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, filed June 12, 2023, is stricken and sealed to the public and parties of these cases and shall not be viewable as part of these cases.
