Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure, Rule 41(a)(1), Plaintiffs, AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ADVOCATES, GEORGE S. LOUIE and BARNABUS FAIRFIELD dismiss with prejudice, the entire above entitled action. The defendants hereby agree to said dismissal.

IT IS SO ORDERED that the aforementioned matter be dismissed.
