STIPULATED REQUEST FOR DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE And ORDER OF DISMISSAL
THE PARTIES TO THIS ACTION hereby stipulate through their designated counsel that the above-captioned action, including all claims and counterclaims, be dismissed with prejudice in its entirety and against all parties pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 41(a)(1). Said dismissal with prejudice is as to all defendants.
The parties further stipulate that each party shall bear his own costs and attorneys' fees.
ORDER
Good cause appearing, and based upon the foregoing stipulation,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this action be dismissed with prejudice.
