Order so far as appealed from unanimously modified by denying the motion for an examination before trial of S.A. Scotti C., of Monza, Italy, by its president Antonio Ferretti, as to all items except 1 and 2, and as so modified affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements to the appellants. The date for the examination to proceed to be fixed in the order. No opinion. Settle order on notice.
