          JUDGMENT

          PHYLLIS HAMILTON, District Judge.

         The court having issued an order confirming the decision of the arbitrator awarding $39, 346.75 to petitioner American President Lines, Ltd.,

         It is Ordered and Adjudged

         that Judgment be entered in favor of petitioner American President Lines, Ltd., and against respondent Trans Atlantic Associates, and that respondent Trans Atlantic Associates pay to petitioner American President Lines, Ltd., the sum of $39, 346.75, plus costs of suit.

         IT IS SO ORDERED.
