ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In consideration of the fact that Plaintiff American National Fire Insurance Company ("American National") and Defendants Utah Association of Counties insurance Mutual, Wasatch County, Board of County Commissioners of Wasatch County, Bob Mathis, Phil Wright, Ralph Duke, Michael Kohler, Laren Provost, Keith Jacoboson, or Sharron Winterton ("Wasatch County Defendants") have reached a Settlement Agreement wherein they have agreed to the exchange of mutual consideration as full satisfaction and discharge of all claims known and unknown between them arising out of the circumstances and facts pled in this Declaratory Judgment Action and the underlying Gardner Action, and pursuant to their stipulation, the Court hereby Orders that American National's Complaint for Declaratory Judgment is dismissed, with prejudice, and with American National and the Wasatch County Defendants each bearing their own respective costs and fees.
