ORDER
THIS MATTER having come before the Court by direction of the Board of Judicial Policy and Administration to amend the effective date of amendments to Rule 38(B)(2)(A), Wyoming Rules of Civil Procedure regarding jury fees, and the Board finding it necessary to extend the effective date of January 1, 2003; it is therefore
ORDERED that the December 18, 2003, Order Adopting Amendments to the Wyoming Rules of Civil Procedure be, and hereby is, amended only regarding the effective date of Rule 38(b)(2)(A); and it is further
ORDERED that the increased fee will not be applied retroactively; and it is further
ORDERED that said rule shall become effective July 1, 2003; and that this Order Amending Effective Date shall be published in the advance sheets of the Pacific Reporter and in the Wyoming Reporter.
