Action to foreclose mechanic's lien. Order granting plaintiff's application to open its default in serving a bill of particulars and finding that the bill belatedly served is in substantial compliance with the order therefor, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Close, P.J., Hagarty, Adel, Taylor and Lewis, JJ., concur.
