ORDER REMANDING ACTION


For the reasons set forth in the Memorandum Opinion and Order filed February 28, 2003, by the Honorable Alfred M. Wolin in In re Federal Mogul Global, Inc., et al., cases no. 01-10578 et al., in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, the Court exercises its discretion to abstain from hearing this case, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334(c)(1), and remands the case, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1452(b), to the Superior Court for the City and County of San Francisco.

The Clerk of the Court shall close the file.
