On February 7, 2023, the Court issued an Order striking this case from the February 27, 2023, New York, New York, trial calendar. In the order, the undersigned retained jurisdiction, and granted petitioner's Motion to Remand this case to respondent's Independent Office of Appeals for the purpose of conducting a supplemental hearing. On September 11, 2023, respondent filed a status report stating, among other things, that after the supplemental hearing, held on September 6, 2023, the IRS Independent Office of Appeals issued to petitioner a Supplemental Notice of Determination Concerning IRS Collection Actions under Internal Revenue Code Sections 6320 or 6330. Respondent attached to his status report a redacted copy of the Supplemental Notice describing the terms of the settlement offer as Exhibit A. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is
