PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO/FOR
(1) DEFER PLAINTIFF'S OBJECTIONS TO MAGISTRATE'S REPORT RECOMMENDATION
(3) DEFER RULING ON RULE 12(b) (1 6), RULE 12(c) RULE 55(b) MOTIONS; and
(2) DEFER REVIEW RULING ON MAGISTRATE REPORT RECOMMENDATIONS (4) PRE-RULING JURISDICTIONAL DISCOVERY (6) CONVERT MOTION TO REQUEST FOR RULE 56 SUMMARY JUDGMENT
Lay pro se Plaintiff Darlington Amadasu moves this court for Orders:
1. To defer or stay plaintiff's objections to and stay the extension of time to object to Magistrate Judge's 1/21/05 Report and Recommendations (RR) pending the accomplishment of further factual and evidentiary developments by way of pre-ruling jurisdictional discovery;
2. To defer or stay ruling on plaintiff's Rules 12(c) and Rule 55(b) motions (Dkt. 76) and defendants' oppositions thereto; and to defer ruling on defendants' Rule 12(b) (1 6) motions and plaintiff's oppositions (Dkt. 76) thereto, all of which are presently pending before this court pending the accomplishment of further factual and evidentiary developments by way of pre-ruling jurisdictional discovery;
3. To defer or stay Rule 72 de novo review and ruling on the RR pending the accomplishment of further factual and evidentiary developments by way of pre-ruling jurisdictional discovery
4. To grant pre-ruling jurisdictional discovery to accomplish factual and evidentiary developments so as to enable plaintiff rebut all the unsupported conclusory allegations and statements made in and to offer adequately supported objections to the RR.
5. Additional to #4, to convene a pre-ruling evidentiary hearing in April 2005 during which parties must present materials or a preponderance of the evidence in support of their allegations, facts or positions; or;
