LEWIS KAPLAN, District Judge

Plaintiff moves for an extension of time within which to object ot the report and recommendation of Magistrate Judge Peck, dated January 21, 2005, and for leave to file objections not to exceed 50 pages.

The motion is granted to the extent that the time within which to serve and file objections is extended to and including March 31, 2005. It is denied in all other respects.
