Now, upon reading and filing the stipulation of the parties hereto, dated April 28, 2021, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that the motion for a stay of the framed issue hearing (M-2021-01003) and the aforesaid appeal (Case No. 2021-00783) are deemed withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid stipulation. ENTERED: June 03, 2021
