ORDER

PER CURIAM.

Social Bar & Grill, LLC appeals the judgment, entered after a hearing, awarding A&M Realty, Inc. ("Plaintiff") possession of real property commonly known and numbered as 4255 and 4265 Reavis Barracks Road in St. Louis County, Missouri on Plaintiff’s petition for unlawful detainer. We find no error has occurred.

No Jurisprudential purpose would be served by a written opinion. We have, how- ever, provided the parties a memorandum setting forth the reasons for our decision. The judgment of the trial court is affirmed under Rule 84.16(b).
