ORDER
On November 21, 2016 the Court notified court reporter Antionette Reagor that a reporter's record had not been filed in this case. We ordered Ms. Reagor to file, within fifteen days, either (1) reporter's record; (2) written verification no hearings were recorded; or (3) written verification that appellant has not requested, paid for, or made arrangements to pay for the record. Twenty-one days later, Ms. Reagor filed a letter requesting an additional extension of time to file the reporter's record. We granted the request and ordered the reporter's record due January 3, 2017. To date, no reporter's record has been filed in this case.
Before the Court is court reporter Antionette Reagor's letter dated January 4, 2017. Ms. Reagor states that the reporter's record is complete; however, she is having difficulty "converting the audio files into proper format." We ORDER Ms. Reagor to file the completed reporter's record within TEN DAYS of the date of this order. We expressly CAUTION Antionette Reagor that failure to comply with this order may result in an order that she not sit as a court reporter until she complies.
