Before the Court is appellees' September 5, 2023 unopposed motion for a ten-day extension of time to file their brief. We GRANT the motion and ORDER the brief filed no later than September 15, 2023. Because this appeal has an accelerated disposition date, we caution appellees that further extension requests will not be granted absent exigent circumstances.
