On [], the court granted plaintiffs' petition to confirm the arbitration award made in this case. Therefore, it is hereby ordered that the arbitration award dated December 3, 2003 is confirmed and judgment is entered in the amount of $19, 401.27 to plaintiffs, collectively Northern California Carpenters Trust Fund ("Trust Fund"); $61, 069.73 in unpaid fringe benefits and liquidated damages to Trust Fund; $3, 3783.45 to California Drywall/Lathing Industry Labor-Management Cooperation Committee, Inc.; and $600.00 in fines and costs to the Trust Fund, plus interest on each award at the legal rate set forth in 28 U.S.C. § 1961.
