On October 23, 2012, this court ordered appellant to provide, within twenty (20) days, a record as required by Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.200. The order advised appellant that a failure to prepare and transmit the record in compliance with the rules may result in sanctions, including dismissal of this appeal.

Upon appellee's renewed motion to dismiss appeal, and appellant's failure to comply with this court's order requiring appellant to prepare and transmit the record, it is ordered that this appeal is dismissed.
