The Court has reviewed the objections to the parties' deposition designations and counter-designations. The Court has reached preliminary rulings regarding those objections. The parties are directed to review the attached charts and to be prepared to discuss the Court's proposed disposition of each of the objections at the final pretrial conference scheduled for July 27, 2021 at 12:00 p.m.
