MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM

Appellant's brief was originally due on October 24, 2022 and was not filed. On November 7, 2022, we ordered appellant to file, by November 22, 2022, her brief and a response explaining her failure to file the brief. In our order, we cautioned appellant that if she failed to timely file the brief and response, we would dismiss this appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a); see also Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(c).

Neither the brief nor a motion for extension of time to file the brief has been filed. Accordingly, we dismiss this appeal for want of prosecution. Tex.R.App.P. 38.8(a), 42.3(c).
