Petitioner's pro se "Petition for Florida Supreme Court Action and Jurisdiction" filed May 27, 2003, has been treated as a Petition for a Writ of Mandamus. Petitioner's petition is hereby dismissed without prejudice. See Jackson v. Parkhouse, 826 So.2d 478 (Fla. 1st DCA 2002) (holding petitioner must plead and prove exhaustion of administrative remedies in order to be entitled to mandamus relief against the Department of Corrections).
