DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, in effect, to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 23, 2012, as dismissed an appeal from a decision of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 25, 2011, to reinstate that appeal, to enlarge the time to perfect that appeal, and for leave to reargue its prior motion to stay enforcement of an order of the same court dated June 6, 2012, pending hearing and determination of appeals from the decision and the order, which was determined by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 23, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
