Following review of the petition for writ of certiorari and prohibition challenging an order denying petitioner's motion in limine as to admission at trial of pleadings filed in foreign court proceedings, and as to opinions as to foreign law, and arguments made by foreign attorneys in foreign court cases as evidence of fraud, and the response and reply thereto, it is ordered that said petitions are hereby denied.
