Appellee's motion for rehearing was originally due on December 10, 2020. Appellee's first motion for extension of time was granted, extending the deadline until January 11, 2021. On January 11, 2021, appellee filed a motion requesting an additional extension of time to file the motion for rehearing until February 10, 2021, for a total extension of sixty days. After consideration, we GRANT the motion and ORDER appellee to file his motion for rehearing by February 10, 2021.
