This case is currently calendared for trial at the in-person session of the Court scheduled to begin on May 15, 2023, in San Diego, California.

On February 13, 2023, petitioner filed a motion for extension of time requesting a continuance. Petitioner's motion indicates that respondent does not object to the granting of the motion.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's motion for extension of time is recharacterized as a motion for continuance. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's motion for continuance is granted, and this case is continued generally. It is further
