JOHN RICHARD ALLEN, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 363rd Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. F19-00144-W

ORDER

DENNISE GARCIA JUSTICE.

By letter dated July 18, 2023, the Court notified the trial court that the record does not contain the trial court's certification of appellant's right of appeal. We asked the trial court to file the certification within ten days. To date, no certification of appellant's right of appeal has been filed in this appeal.

Accordingly, we ORDER the trial court to file, within TEN DAYS of the date of this order, a supplemental clerk's record containing a certification of defendant's right of appeal that accurately reflects the trial court proceedings and the defendant's right of appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 25.2(a), (d).

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Tracy Holmes, Presiding Judge, 363rd Judicial District Court; Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk; and counsel for all parties.
