Upon review of the Response to this Court's Order to Show Cause dated May 1, 2002, and the Court having determined that it should decline to exercise jurisdiction, it is ordered that the Petition for Review is denied. See Puryear v. State, 810 So.2d 901 (Fla. 2002).
No Motion for Rehearing will be entertained by the Court. See Fla.R.App.P. 9.330(d).
