This case was called and recalled from the calendar for the Trial Session of the Court at St. Paul, Minnesota on May 20, 2024. Petitioner and counsel for respondent appeared and were heard. Counsel Caleb Smith from the University of Minnesota Tax Clinic, appeared and filed an entry of appearance on behalf of petitioner. At recall, the parties reported that they reached a basis for settlement and requested additional time for computations. Upon due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that this case is continued, and that this division of the Court retains jurisdiction. It is also
