The order of September 6, 1988, determining fees and costs is vacated, and a judgment for fees and costs is to be entered in the total of $73,689.65, with interest to be calculated at the rate of six percent from the date of the trial judge's original order on Lynne's fee request, December 12, 1984. Any proceedings necessary to enforce payment are to be brought in the Probate Court, before a different judge than presided below.
