ORDER
On February 17, 2010, counsel for the defendants wrote a letter requesting an extension of time until April 2, 2010 to answer or move to dismiss. It is hereby
ORDERED that the defendants' request is granted. Defendants shall answer or move by April 2, 2010.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that failure to comply with any of the terms of this Order may constitute grounds for the denial of requested relief, dismissal of the action, the entry of judgment by default, or such other action as may be just in the circumstances.
