At the end of the trial in this case, the parties were directed to file simultaneous opening briefs by December 4, 2023. On November 21, 2023, petitioner David S. Alioto filed a motion for extension of time to file simultaneous opening briefs. The Court granted said motion, allowing parties to file opening briefs by February 2, 2024. The Commissioner filed his simultaneous opening brief on January 31, 2024. Mr. Alioto has not filed an opening brief. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve the Commissioner's opening brief on Mr. Alioto.
