TANIA CHRIS ALEXANDER, on behalf of MICHAEL L. ALEXANDER, Plaintiff-Appellant, v. COTTON CORRECTIONAL FACILITY WARDEN, Defendant-Appellee.

Order

152665 & (12) Robert P. Young, Jr., Chief Justice Stephen J. Markman Brian K. Zahra Bridget M. McCormack David F. Viviano Richard H. Bernstein Joan L. Larsen, Justices COA: 329705

On order of the Court, the motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED. The application for leave to appeal the October 28, 2015 order of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED as moot. The Court of Appeals has subsequently acted on November 24, 2015 to dismiss plaintiff's complaint for habeas corpus for failure to pursue the case in conformity with the rules and for lack of jurisdiction. Plaintiff's application for leave to appeal from that decision is the subject of this Court's order in Docket No. 152724.

I, Larry S. Royster, Clerk of the Michigan Supreme Court, certify that the foregoing is a true and complete copy of the order entered at the direction of the Court.
