This case is calendared for trial at the New York, New York Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on October 23, 2023.

On October 13, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a Motion to Supplement the Administrative Record, and attached "Exhibit 12-R" (Case Activity Record) and an updated Certificate As To The Genuineness Of The Administrative Record. Respondent informed the Court that the case activity record was inadvertently omitted from the administrative record which was filed with the Court on July 11, 2023, and is requesting that the record be supplemented.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Supplement the Administrative Record, filed with the Court on October 13, 2023, is granted and the administrative record in this case be supplemented. Respondent is directed to file the updated Certificate As To The Genuineness Of The Administrative Record (which updates the index of documents in the Administrative Record) and "Exhibit 12-R" (Case Activity Record) separately from the motion as a "Supplement to the Administrative Record."
