This case is calendared for trial at the New York, New York Trial Session scheduled to commence on October 23, 2023.
On August 18, 2023, Respondent filed with the Court a Motion for Summary Judgment and attached a copy of the Administrative Record in this case. The Court shall order a response to the Motion for Summary Judgment from Petitioner.
Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that, on or before September 25, 2023, Petitioner shall file with the Court a response to Respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment, filed on August 18, 2023.
