MEMORANDUM OPINION

In these cases, Raul M. Aleman, Jr. was convicted of aggravated robbery. See Tex. Pen. Code Ann. §§ 29.02, 29.03 (Vernon 2003). Sentence was imposed in each case at twenty years confinement. We have received verification that appellant, who is not indigent, has not paid for the clerk's records. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeals for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App.P. 37.3(b).

These appeals were filed after the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals granted appellant out-of-time appeals. See Ex parte Raul M. Aleman, Jr., No. 74,727 (Tex.Crim.App. Sept. 3, 2003).
