This case was stricken for trial from the Court's January 17, 2023, Spokane, Washington trial session and continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. On March 20, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report advising that petitioners have become unresponsive since respondent's last Status Report. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before April 27, 2023, petitioners shall file a response to respondent's Status Report, filed March 20, 2023.

The parties are advised that if they are unable to demonstrate additional progress toward resolution of this case without trial, this case will be set for trial at an upcoming trial proceeding of the Court.
