The Court is in receipt of the parties "joint motion to render the agreed clarified final decree of divorce." The Court SETS ASIDE the trial court's judgment without regard to the merits and REMANDS the case to the trial court for rendition of judgment in accordance with the agreement of the parties. Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(2)(B).
