An appeal having been taken by petitioners to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 5, 2017 denying a motion for a temporary restraining order, And petitioners-appellants having moved this Court for relief in the nature of an order mandating petitioner Albanese's participation in a debate of New York City Candidates for the 2017 Mayoral Election held on October 10, 2017, And a Justice of this Court having denied petitioners' application for interim relief on October 6, 2017, pending determination of this motion, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is denied.
